Introduction
The Daymanyiat are a group of islands located off the coast of Barka, in the al-Batinah region of Oman. These islands are considered a protected nature reserve and are famous for their marine biodiversity.
The Daymanyiat are made up of nine main islands, the largest of which is called Jazirat al-Hisan. These islands are only accessible by sea, with several organized tours offering snorkeling and diving excursions to explore the colorful corals and rich marine life. The Daymanyiat Nature Reserve was established in 1996 to protect the area's unique ecosystem. The waters surrounding the islands are populated by numerous species of tropical fish, sea turtles, sharks and dolphins.
The Daymanyiat are a major point of interest for tourists and sea lovers in Oman, offering an opportunity to explore crystal clear waters and discover the richness of underwater life.
Itinerary
Meeting with our representative and departure from the port/hotel on board small boats that leave every day from the small port of Al Mouj Marina for dolphin watching and snorkelling at the Daymaniyat islands, with the possibility of swimming among sea turtles and fish tropical and free time to relax on crystal clear beaches. Return to the Marina and transfer to the port/hotel.
